There are two double bedrooms in a separate ‘wing’ of the house that share a bathroom.


THE PINK ROOM

This is a large ‘family’ room that has a 6’ double bed and a single bed, plus enough space for a travel cot.

There are black out blinds, so even in the height of summer it can be made dark enough for even the most discerning baby, and there is also a hand basin and television in the room.


THE LILAC ROOM

This is a double room with a 4’6” double bed plus enough space for a travel cot.


THE BATHROOM

Has a bath with power shower overhead and unlimited hot water.


EATING

Guests have exclusive use of the dining room which also doubles as a living / television room. Breakfast is served anytime between 7am and 10am to suit you, and we can cater for all tastes, whether this be cereal, toast, fruit, cooked or continental breakfast. Depending on our chickens’ moods, the vast majority of eggs come straight from the coop and children are welcome to go and collect their breakfast for themselves if they fancy!


CHILDREN

We have all the possible paraphernalia to solve most pre-school childrens’ requirements and lighten your travelling load. In the bedrooms this includes travel cots, cot sheets, bed guards, changing mats and baby monitors. On the eating front we have high chairs, plastic cutlery / crockery, a microwave, patience, understanding and most importantly we have two mobile hoovers, Flapjack & Pippa.

We are also able to solve the perennial evening problem for parents of young children. Hence by prior arrangement we can initially provide childrens’ tea between 5 and 6 o’clock, and then dinner for housebound parents later in the evening. Menus are flexible and we will endeavour to work to both your tastes and budget.

Prices start at £25 per person per night B&B, with reductions for children, other prices for meals on request.
